At Comando Audio, we strive to fulfill and ship your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the following details regarding our shipping practices:
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping for standard delivery on select items. However, if a customer selects a specific shipping option, such as priority shipping, and pays for that service, we will use that option unless noted otherwise below.
Shipping Adjustments
Occasionally, our system may inaccurately charge for incorrect box sizes. In such cases, we reserve the right to adjust your shipping choice to a similar method with a comparable ETA (estimated time of arrival). This is the only exception in which we will modify your selected shipping option.
Incorrect Address Entries
Please ensure that all shipping details are entered accurately during checkout. Comando Audio is not responsible for merchandise shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If we notice an issue with the address, we will reach out to request the correct information. However, according to company guidelines, we cannot hold paid inventory for more than 7 business days.
Order Processing Times
We typically fulfill, process, and ship orders within 24 hours. Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST on Friday, or over the weekend, will be processed the following Monday. Fulfillment hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Please note that holidays and peak times may impact fulfillment and shipping times.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update. Comando Audio is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier after your package has been shipped.
Shipping Zones
We currently ship within the United States and to select international locations. Additional charges may apply for international orders.
Returns and Exchanges
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping on any returns or exchanges unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part.
Signature Upon Delivery
For security purposes, orders over a certain value may require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive your package.
Handling Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. While Comando Audio is not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged items once the package is in the hands of the carrier, we will assist with claims when necessary.
Expedited Shipping
If you select expedited shipping, we will prioritize processing your order. However, please note that fulfillment times may still be affected during peak periods.

Please be aware that certain holidays and high-demand seasons may affect shipping times. We recommend subscribing to our email list for updates on these dates and other shipping announcements.
