Return Policy

Customers have 30 days from the date of receiving the product to request a return. The item must be new, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs in the following cases:

When the item did not meet the customer’s expectations.

When the item was purchased by mistake.

Initiating a Return

The customer must have an account in the online store and should follow these steps:

Log in and go to "My Orders"
Select the corresponding order
Click "Return Request"
Choose the items to return
Indicate the reason for the return
End / Return submited

The customer service team will review the request within 24 to 72 business hours and will notify approval or rejection via support@comandoaudio.com.

Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Operational Issues

Customers are requested to inspect their order upon receipt. If the product is defective or incorrect, they must notify Comando Audio immediately.

Exchanges

Customers may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving the product. The item must be uninstalled and in its original packaging. The replacement product must be of equal or greater value than the original.

Refunds

Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within up to 10 business days using the original payment method.

If the refund takes longer than 15 business days, the customer should contact support@comandoaudio.com and check with their bank regarding internal processing times.
