The warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase and is applicable to the original purchaser. Warranties are non-transferrable; selling or buying from third-party wholesalers will void the warranty.

Warranty Process

Comando Audio reserves the right to determine warranty coverage, and each returned product is rigorously tested by our professional audio team. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, multiple images, include your order number and any relevant supporting documentation.

Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty is void if the product serial number has been removed, altered, or defaced. Comando Audio reserves the right to repair or replace the product with a comparable model at our discretion.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning products for warranty service. Comando Audio will cover the cost of return shipping for repaired or replaced items within the warranty period.
