Comando Audio provides consumers with a 1-year limited warranty on items purchased directly from Comando Audio's official website. The warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase and is applicable to the original purchaser. Warranties are non-transferrable; selling or buying from third-party wholesalers will void the warranty.

What is Covered in the Warranty?

- Foreign object damage
- Carelessness or abuse
- Incorrect installation
- Usage outside recommended parameters
- Distortion or clipping
- Repetitive returns of the same item with the same defect from incorrect use or
Comando Audio reserves the right to determine warranty coverage, and each returned product is rigorously tested by our professional audio team. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, multiple images, include your order number and any relevant supporting documentation.
Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty is void if the product serial number has been removed, altered, or defaced. Comando Audio reserves the right to repair or replace the product with a comparable model at our discretion.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning products for warranty service. Comando Audio will cover the cost of return shipping for repaired or replaced items within the warranty period.
The warranty provided by Comando Audio is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Comando Audio shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages.

HOW DO I BEGIN A WARRENTY CLAIM
Contact us via chat or email with your order number and warranty request. Allow 24-48 hours for our expert audio team to review your request and contact you.
After your warranty claim has been resolved, the item(s) being replaced or returned will be mailed to the address listed on the original order at the time of purchase.
HOW DO I SHIP MY ITEMS BACK
Once Comando Audio has come to a decision on your claim, customers are liable for the costs associated with the shipment of their replacement item.
It is the customer's obligation to identify the address for the return when shipping the products to Comando Audio.
Comando Audio is not liable for replacing any orders shipped to an incorrect address.
Any damage resulting from the usage of our audio products is not the responsibility of Comando Audio.
Use of a Comando Audio speaker, subwoofer, or amplifier signifies your admission of complete responsibility for their use.
In addition to the issues listed above, Comando Audio is not liable for hearing loss, personal injury, property damage to others, personal injury to oneself, or damage to a vehicle.
