Comando Audio Return and Exchange Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

Comando Audio provides consumers with a limited warranty on items purchased directly from Comando Audio's official website or any approved Comando Audio retailer. The warranty period is 1 years from the date of purchase and is applicable to the original purchaser. Please note that warranties are non-transferrable; selling or buying from third-party wholesalers will void the warranty.

What is covered in the warranty?

Comando Audio's 1-Year Limited Warranty protects against flaws in the initial production of purchased goods. Any faults or defects in materials or workmanship that occur during the warranty period will be promptly addressed.

What is not covered?

The warranty does not cover damages resulting from falls, foreign object damage, carelessness or abuse, incorrect installation, usage outside recommended parameters, distortion or clipping, tampering, theft, items acquired via unofficial dealers, or repetitive returns of the same item with the same issue.

Comando Audio reserves the right to determine warranty coverage, and each returned product is rigorously tested by our professional audio team.

2. Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to initiate a return:

Contact us at info@comandoaudio.com to start the return process. Returns should be sent to the address provided upon approval. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately for evaluation and resolution.

4. Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

5. Exchanges

For a prompt exchange, return the original item, and upon acceptance, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If shipping to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, with tags, and in its original packaging.

7. Refunds
